Update: Both the varsity and frosh/soph seasons have come to a close. Now it is time to celebrate both seasons with year end banquets.

The varsity banquet is Sunday November 15 at 3pm at Westmoreland Union Manor. The frosh/soph banquet will follow the Fall Sports Dessert Night at CHS on Wednesday November 18th at 7pm. We hope to see you there.

2011 Coaching Staff
Gary Sletmoe- Head Coach
This is Coach Sletmoe's 4th year at Cleveland. He helped lead the Warriors to the playoffs in his first season at the helm in 2008.

Jared Buerkle- Defensive Coordinator
Coach Buerkle returns for his 4th season as varsity defensive coordinator.

Brian Sprague- Offensive/defensive line
This is Coach Sprague's 4th season at Cleveland, as he returns to coach the varsity offense/defense lines.

Mike King-Running backs/safeties
We welcome Coach King back to CHS, where he has previous coaching experience.

Keith Jones-Running Backs/Defensive line
Coach Jones brings over 10 years of coaching experience back to work with the RB's and DE's. Jones has been at CHS for 3 years.

Casey Dyer- Head Frosh/Soph Coach
Coach Dyer will be taking over the Frosh/Soph head coaching duties. Coach Dyer has coached football at CHS for 6 seasons, and is also the Head Varsity Baseball Coach.

Danny Van Voorhis- Freshman Assistant
Coach Duck returns for his third year on the staff, and in addition to calling the frosh/soph offense, Coach Duck assists with the varsity offense.

MJ McElroy-Freshman Assistant
Coach McElroy returns for his second year, working with the frosh/soph team.

Stephen Block-Freshman Assistant
Coach Block returns to CHS for his 4th year, working with the O/D lines.

Bryan Sims-Freshman Assistant
We welcome Coach Sims aboard, who will assist with running backs and linebackers.

Offseason Information/Key Dates (a full calendar will be available in May):

After school weights: Every Tuesday/Thursday, 3:20-4:05, starting March 6(anyone NOT in a spring sport should attend)

Offense Chalk Talk: Sletmoe’s room (all lunch period, bring your lunch): Tuesday(s), 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/10, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22 (everyone should attend)

Spring Kickoff Meeting: Lunch, Sletmoe’s room; Tuesday May 8 (everyone should attend)

Spring Camp (non-padded): Tuesday May 29- May 31, 4-6:30pm, CHS field (everyone should attend)

Bend Passing League Tournament: June 2-3 (varsity and JV skill players should attend)

Summer Workouts; weight room, passing league, conditioning: begins Monday June 18^th (Monday through Thursday, 4-6pm, every week during the summer)

Warriors Padded Camp @ CHS: July 23-27^th, grades 10-12 (we will have a 4-team jamboree on Friday July 27^th)
